We, the team of the Steiner Swimming School of Vienna, would like to warmly welcome you!

For 40 years we have been introducing people of all ages to the joy of swimming. We focus on not only our littlest ones, but also on adults new to swimming and professionals as well.

Steiner Swimming School — successful in Vienna since 1980

Since 1980 we have been helping people overcome their fear of the water. At the same time we have also supported athletes on their path to world championships in swimming with our professional training experience. Today we offer swimming courses for children and swimming courses for adults at beginning and advanced levels all year long. During these swimming courses the swimming badges can be obtained (e.g. Frühschwimmer, Freischwimmer, Fahrtenschwimmer, Allroundschwimmer, etc.). In addition, we offer intensive courses during the school holidays as well as advanced swim courses for professionals and triathletes.

We are aware that swimming is not just swimming. The proper technique is crucial and we convey this to our swimming students of every age. At the same time we know that swimming should also be fun.

Our success speaks for itself. Over 4,000 swimmers and future swimmers each year put their trust in the swimming courses of the Steiner Swimming School. We are proud of this and work hard to ensure that it stays that way.
