Steiner Swimming School in Amalienbad

Amalienbad – Another location of the Steiner Swimming School?

The Amalienbad in Vienna’s 10th district is an exceptional swimming pool. From an architectural point of view, it is based on the floor plan of Roman thermal baths. The two-storey high swimming pool with rows of cabin balconies on both sides is not the only visual highlight. The many sculptures on the facade and the ceramic interior decorations in the art deco style can not be found in any other Viennese swimming pool.

The Amalienbad is currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, we were allowed to offer some intensive swimming courses for children in this pool this summer. Whether we will also carry out further swimming courses in the Amalienbad in the future remains to be seen.

Our swimming courses in the Amalienbad are very popular!
